Job Description
Global Eco Link Development Corp. is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee the operations of our CHB and RMC Batching Plant. In this vital position, you will be responsible for managing daily production activities, ensuring efficient workflows, and adhering to safety regulations while upholding the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee daily plant operations
- Inspire and manage team members effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain the quality of production
- Optimize resource usage and workflow efficiency
- Conduct inventory management and maintenance activities
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
