Job Description
We invite you to apply for the position of Chat Support Specialist at SGS-CAREERS-PH. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries and complaints by utilizing established scripts and procedures. Your responsibilities will include gathering pertinent information, researching issues, resolving queries efficiently, and properly logging customer interactions.
You will also be tasked with delivering prompt alternatives, informing clients about available expert services, and offering guidance to junior team members.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary ranging from Php17,00.00 to Php26,00.00 per month. Additional benefits include extra leave, life insurance, and paid training opportunities.
