Job Description
CMG Retail Group is actively looking for a dynamic HR Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the sourcing, scheduling, and screening of job applicants. Your responsibilities will include conducting initial interviews, administering assessments, and ensuring the timely deployment of personnel requests.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and prior experience in HR will be advantageous. Candidates must be willing to work in the Pasig Area.
