Job Description

We invite applications for the role of Customer Service Representative. Ideal candidates should possess at least a High School Diploma or have completed a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field, or have completed two years of college education. Experience in a BPO environment is not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to engage in effective conversations, are essential. Candidates must be willing to work night shifts or flexible schedules and should be ready to start immediately.
