KKV Supply Chain Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Store Supervisor to elevate our retail operations. This pivotal role involves ensuring seamless departmental functions, achieving sales objectives, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet monthly sales targets while overseeing overall store operations.
- Manage daily opening and closing activities.
- Maintain inventory levels and uphold product quality standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and effectively resolve customer complaints.
- Implement and optimize merchandising strategies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or fast fashion preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Able to work flexible shifts according to store hours.
- Basic computer proficiency is required.
