Job Description
GrowthAssistant is on the lookout for a skilled and motivated E-Commerce Accounting Specialist to oversee order entry, sales mapping, and Bill of Materials (BOM) creation in Shopify. This position will encompass cost accounting, financial reporting, and managing accounts payable processes, while fostering effective collaboration across various departments.
Salary: Up to Php 80,00, commensurate with experience.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee Shopify operations.
- Map sales and develop product BOM.
- Generate financial reports and conduct cost accounting.
- Process accounts payable transactions in QuickBooks or similar software.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with QuickBooks.
- At least 1 year of experience in Shopify.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
