Job Description
The Onboard Training Staff plays a vital role in overseeing the documentation of all shipboard training students while actively assisting in the assessment of cadets. This position entails facilitating student activities, maintaining accurate records, supporting individual student requirements, monitoring their progress, and conducting informative briefings.
To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Studies or a related field, along with a minimum of one year of relevant experience in a maritime environment.
This is a full-time position, with working hours from Monday to Friday, consisting of 8-hour shifts.
