Job Description
Global Caldwell BPO is actively seeking a dedicated Chat/Email Support Specialist to strengthen our customer service team. We offer a competitive salary of up to Php28,00.00 per month, complemented by an industry-leading benefits package that includes health and life insurance, as well as exciting company events and additional leave days.
In this role, you will adhere to standard procedures, efficiently resolve customer inquiries, and provide basic troubleshooting assistance.
