Job Description
We are seeking qualified candidates for various accounts in Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial Services, Collections, and Telecommunications.
As an Airline Ticketing Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers through phone and written communication to address their concerns.
- Resolving customer inquiries on the first contact whenever possible.
- Aligning customer needs with our clients’ products and services.
- Employing persuasive techniques to overcome objections and secure customer commitment.
- Providing detailed information to clients and collaborating effectively with team members.
