Job Description
Magic 8 and 8 Corporation is looking for a committed Human Resources Supervisor to manage daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, enhancing employee relations, facilitating training programs, and ensuring adherence to company policies while leading a proficient team of HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment efforts and streamline employee onboarding.
- Address employee inquiries and uphold compliance with labor regulations.
- Organize training and development initiatives.
- Handle payroll and benefits administration.
- Formulate and communicate HR policies effectively.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3 years of HR experience required.
