Job Description

The Asticom Group of Companies is actively searching for a committed Customer Service Representative to connect with our valued customers. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting the right products and efficiently process their orders. You will also manage customer information within our internal system and provide ongoing support to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Your primary responsibilities will include achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and promoting special programs to drive sales growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php19,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month

Preferred qualifications include at least 1 year of customer service experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in English.
