Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Guest Reservations Agent to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for handling guest reservations, providing information about our services, and ensuring a seamless booking experience.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for customer service. You will assist guests over the phone, via email, and in-person, addressing their needs and resolving any inquiries.
