Job Description

Job Summary: Microbase Incorporated is seeking a Utility Maintenance Technician to join our team. Under the supervision of the Admin Manager/Assistant, this role is responsible for the cleanliness, upkeep, and general maintenance of our facility. Key responsibilities include cleaning office areas, performing minor repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing), and managing basic facility functions. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as a team member are essential.

Qualifications: Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance work is preferred. Basic knowledge of building maintenance techniques, strong physical stamina, and a proactive attitude are necessary for success in this role.
