Job Description

Unisys is seeking a dedicated Service Desk Analyst to provide first-line post-sales telephone technical support for our customers and employees. In this role, you will diagnose hardware, systems, sub-systems, and application issues, while documenting processes and escalating complex problems as needed.

To be successful, you should have relevant experience in IT service delivery, proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of Active Directory, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
