Job Description

Job Scope:

• Oversee and enhance employee relations initiatives.
• Address employee concerns effectively.
• Provide guidance on HR policies.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Employee Relations.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws.
• Proficient in MS Office.
