Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking candidates for the position of Content Moderator in our BPO Caldwell Support – NCR.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customer demands to our clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to gain customer buy-in.
- Share information with colleagues and clients effectively.
