Job Description
We are looking for a Leasing Officer at Xentro Malls! In this role, you will manage mall vacancies, optimize area profitability, and increase occupancy rates. Your responsibilities will include tenant zoning and overseeing documentation for new tenants.
Ideal candidates will have a degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Property Management, alongside 2-3 years of experience. Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in MS Office are required. Flexibility for weekend and holiday work is a plus.
