Job Description
Join Unitel Straightshooters, Inc. as an Accounting Assistant! Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Check Voucher Processing
- Receiving and verifying Accounts Payable Vouchers.
- Checking invoice completeness and accuracy.
- Handling check preparation and routing for signatures.
2. Check Releasing and Online Payment
- Stamping checks as “PAID” and maintaining custody of signed checks.
- Coordinating with supervisors for payment schedules.
3. Other Functions
- Monitoring checkbook usage and preparing account analyses.
- Performing additional tasks as directed by supervisors.
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Must reliably commute or plan to relocate to Makati City.
