Job Description

What success looks like in this role:

• Receipt and control of documents including acknowledgment of receipt.
• Manual checking to ensure completeness of documents.
• Arranging documents in prescribed batches and folders.
• Data encoding and data cleaning.
• Arranging shipping and transmittal of documents to the Central Office.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• High School diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 0 – 3+ years of experience in customer service and data entry.
• Basic computer skills, strong typing speed, and accuracy.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to follow instructions.
