Job Description
Join our team at SapientBPO in Makati as a Tagalog Chat/Email Support Representative! You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications: High School Graduate (Old curriculum) or ALS Graduate, good communication skills, and 6 months of BPO experience (any account) or college graduates without BPO experience.
Enjoy a competitive salary of 18,00 PHP to 27,00 PHP per month, plus HMO, paid leaves, 13th Month Pay, and mandatory benefits.
Full-time positions available with day and night shifts, Monday to Friday.
