Job Description
Gentem Consulting Services is seeking a Business Development Assistant Manager responsible for the prompt delivery of land acquisition and commercial property revenue targets. This role will involve conducting market and environmental scans, feasibility studies, and financial projections.
Key responsibilities include sourcing and negotiating with prospective lessors for Dolmar’s commercial properties and processing permits and licenses for Land Banking and Acquisition.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Financial Management, or Economics, with at least 5 years of solid experience in land banking and market analysis. Strong presentation skills, analytical abilities, and proficiency in MS Excel and Word are essential.
