Job Description
Gardenia Bakeries (Phils.) Inc. is seeking a Non-Trade Receivables Staff member to ensure accurate and efficient reconciliation of salesman transactions and monitor compliance with company policies in the Pampanga area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile salesman records and address discrepancies.
- Review and update invoices for accuracy.
- Analyze sales data and recommend solutions.
- Report inconsistencies promptly.
- Enforce compliance with policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Willing to be onsite in Mabalacat, Pampanga.
