Job Description
Job Schedule: Night Shift
Job Location: Hybrid (4x a week onsite) – McKinley West, Taguig
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
- Source candidates using advanced techniques.
- Navigate high-volume recruitment.
- Work autonomously with minimal training.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of RPO experience.
- Industry experience in related fields.
- VMS recruiting experience preferred.
- Strong grasp of sourcing techniques.
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills.
