Ericsson Global Shared Service Center is expanding! We are seeking a Team Lead for Talent Management Delivery to oversee our Leadership Development Programs. You will manage a team of HR Delivery Specialists, driving quality and process improvements to ensure operational efficiency and an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant experience, 3 to 5 years in HR leadership, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
