Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for Viventis Search Asia. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients regarding their retirement funds and planning needs as an account manager and expert.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with retirement fund inquiries.
- Provide information on retirement accounts.
- Communicate via email, chat, and phone.
- Build strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of financial products preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems.
