Job Description

Caldwell BPO Dynamics is looking for a Back Office Associate to join our growing team. We offer a competitive salary between Php18,00.00 to Php30,00.00 per month, plus 13th Month Pay, HMO for 3 beneficiaries from Day One, and a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients via phone and written communication.
• Manage incoming mail and provide customer support.
• Answer participant inquiries and clarify information.

What We Are Looking For:

• No experience needed; recent college graduates welcome.
• High School graduates with BPO experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
• Onsite work required within a 25km to 35km radius.
