Job Description

We are looking for an Online Chat Booking Specialist to join our team at SGS – Sapient Global Services in Makati. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills and is willing to work full-time on-site.

Qualifications:

• Accepting High school graduates, College Undergraduates, Vocational Graduates, and K12/Senior High graduates.
• Willing to start ASAP and work on a shifting schedule.

Job Overview: Handle customer calls, assist with product inquiries, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month with benefits.

Schedule: 8-hour shifts with a shift system.
