Job Description
At BPO Hub Tech Communications, we are seeking a motivated Airline Ticketing Agent to provide exceptional email and chat support. We offer an industry-leading benefits package, including a competitive salary, rapid career growth opportunities, and health insurance from Day One.
Your main responsibilities will include following standard operations, resolving customer queries, and basic troubleshooting. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask are essential. BPO experience is a plus but not required.
