Job Description
Tochigi-ken Technologies International Inc is seeking a skilled Site Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for checking design calculations, reviewing drawings and specifications, and preparing cost estimates using Excel. You will also design and draft in 2D and/or 3D, prepare site plans, and create reports including Layout, Grading & Drainage, and Stormwater Management.
Additionally, you will ensure that drawings comply with health and safety requirements, report design deficiencies, and perform schematic and prototype drawings.
