Minimum Job Description:
- Research and schedule speaking opportunities for Estate Planning.
- Schedule intake calls and planning sessions.
- Manage client data entry into CRM (i.e., Clio).
- Perform follow-up communications with clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in Estate Planning.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant.
- Willingness to work night/early shifts on-site in Parañaque.
