Job Description
Join HAB-Jones Lang LaSalle SSC (Philippines), Inc. as a Data Analyst! In this role, you will support our US/UK Valuation teams by conducting research on various real estate data such as recorder data, assessor data, and property tax data. Collaborate with team members through phone and email to keep project status updated and identify priority issues.
Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 6 months of experience in real estate or BPO, or be a fresh graduate. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
