Job Description

MANILA HEARING AID CENTER, INC. is seeking an Audiometric Technician to join our team. Under the supervision of the Clinic Head, you will welcome patients and assist the Hearing Care Specialist to ensure excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and manage inquiries.
• Schedule appointments to enhance patient satisfaction.
• Handle cashiering duties, including bank deposits.
• Ensure accurate submission of daily reports to the accounting department.

Qualifications:

• College graduate (Business/Science/Technical).
• At least 2 years of Customer Service experience.
• Computer literate (MS Office).
