Job Description
Join the People team at Shopee as a Labor Relations Specialist in Manila, Philippines. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our organizational needs through effective labor case management and compliance with local regulations. Your responsibilities will include preparing DOLE reports, conducting office audits, and monitoring compliance with applicable laws. You will need a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in labor case management, preferably in logistics, and a background in Legal Management or Political Science. A law degree is a plus.
