Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at RC. This key position will be responsible for handling customer complaints, managing incoming calls, and providing solutions in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: Handle complaints, manage calls, follow guidelines, and resolve issues.

Requirements: High School/College Graduate, 1 year BPO (Voice) experience, Valid Driver’s License, and willingness to work onsite.
