Job Description
We are looking for a qualified HRM Staff / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation, Inc. Ideal candidates should possess:
- BS Graduate, preferably in Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Ability to handle highly confidential matters
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of compliance and reporting
- Capability to assist in recruitment concerns
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Detail-oriented with excellent customer interaction skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
Benefits include health and life insurance, paid training, and a 13th month salary.
