Job Summary: The Selling Supervisor is crucial for category profitability, focusing on category building and daily sales operations management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service
- Build categories: drive sales achievement, ensure safety and sanitation, manage bad orders
- Implement promotions accurately and timely
- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy for assigned categories
- Supervise sales support staff and merchandisers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, administration, or Customer Service Management
- 2 years of experience in retail or food establishment management
