Job Description

Kuya J Food Group is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our frontline team. Key responsibilities include managing team performance, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant. You will be responsible for scheduling, monitoring service speed, and providing feedback to team members.

This position offers a full-time, permanent role with a monthly pay ranging from Php19,00.00 to Php20,00.00, along with benefits such as health insurance, company events, and opportunities for promotion.

Work schedule includes day shifts and a shift system, with supplemental pay for performance bonuses and tips.
