Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customer demands with the appropriate products and services.
- Employ influencing skills to gain customer buy-in.
- Share relevant information with internal and external clients.
