Job Responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers via phone and written correspondence to address their concerns.
- Resolving customer issues on the first contact without transferring the caller.
- Aligning customer needs with our clients’ products and services.
- Utilizing negotiation skills to overcome objections and securing customer buy-in.
- Communicating key information to both internal and external clients.
