Job Description

Robinsons Land is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Theater Operations Supervisor at our Malolos Cinema. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily cinema operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience required.
• Experience in a commercial or mall setting is preferred.
• 1-4 years of experience in Cinema Operations is a plus.
