Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Branch Head to manage our allocated sales targets and lead our sales team in Santa Cruz, Manila. The successful candidate will develop marketing activities, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure compliance with corporate policies. Key responsibilities include guiding sales personnel, conducting periodic meetings, and analyzing market trends.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in BSBA, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, with 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, along with at least 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
