Job Description
Role Definition and Summary of Functions:
- Assist walk-in customers with sales, billing, aftersales, complaints, technical issues, and cashier functions, ensuring an excellent customer experience while managing collections for the Business Center.
Qualifications:
- Must be a College graduate
- Preferably a resident of Angeles City, Pampanga
- Experience in customer service and sales in the TelCo or related industry preferred
- Good communication skills
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 8-hour shift, overtime available.
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary.
