Job Description
We are looking for a Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at SapientBPO in Makati. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain records of interactions.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) or ALS Graduate
- Good Communication Skills
- 6 months BPO experience (any account) or college graduate without BPO experience
