General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs or concerns and provide accurate solutions.
- Become familiar with company policies and procedures to effectively address inquiries.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while dealing with challenging customers.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (18 years old and above).
- Good English communication skills.
- Experience in customer service is a plus.
- Must be amenable to onsite work.
