Join our dynamic team at SapientBPO MAKATI as a Hotel Reservation Agent! As a vital member of our customer service team, you will:

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their inquiries.
• Resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Needed Qualifications:

• High School Graduate / ALS Graduate
• Good Communication Skills
• 6 months of BPO experience (any account accepted)
• College graduate without BPO experience

Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php27,00.00 per month

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, Night shift
