Job Description
Join our dynamic team at SapientBPO in Makati! We are currently seeking a Pure Non-Voice Encoder to assist our customers and ensure their satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with their inquiries.
- Resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- A High School diploma (Old curriculum) or ALS Graduate.
- Good communication skills.
- 6 months of BPO experience (any account accepted).
- A college degree without BPO experience.
