Payless Shoesource is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant/Head Cashier for our location in SM Manila.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- At least 1 year of experience in the same or related field
- Excellent selling and customer service skills
- Extensive experience in retail or fast food operations
- Willingness to work on holidays and weekends
- Proficient in both oral and written communication
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising store operations and staff
- Recruit, coach, and train employees
- Maintain inventory and ensure stock availability
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries
