Job Description

The Student Recruitment and Admissions Manager will plan and lead recruitment strategies for various programs at the Asian Institute of Management. Heading a team of Recruitment Coordinators, this role is crucial in achieving enrollment targets while ensuring exceptional services to applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least five (5) years of managerial experience in the academic industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and admissions services to meet enrollment goals.
• Develop and implement processes in line with AIM standards.
• Plan and supervise recruitment events and projects.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners.
