Job Description
Join our team at SapientBPO in Makati as an Online Booking Specialist! You’ll play a crucial role in customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their inquiries.
- Resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Needed Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
- Good Communication Skills
- 6 months of BPO experience or College graduate without BPO experience.
