Job Description
Crest Forwarder is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering quality customer service by booking and monitoring incoming and outgoing LCL shipments.
Job Responsibilities:
– Provide efficient customer service through effective booking and monitoring of shipments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
- Experience in booking and account monitoring within a freight forwarding company or shipping line.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in task management.
- Positive work attitude and flexibility.
- Willingness to work at Navotas, Manila.
